PRIVACY STATEMENT

Introduction. This Privacy Statement is effective and last updated on June 11, 2019, for Dranoff Properties, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, the “Company”). At the Company, we respect your privacy, and further recognize that privacy is important to you. Through this Privacy Statement, we want to familiarize you with how we collect, use, retain and disclose data that you may provide to us, or that we may collect during our business interactions with you.

Purpose And Scope. This Privacy Statement describes the privacy practices of the Company for data that we may collect via websites operated by us that you may interact with online, or via property visits, telephone calls, correspondence and communications (including emails) and other interpersonal interactions between us and you. By using our websites, and by engaging in business with us, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Statement. We also may come into possession of data from third parties in connection with engaging in business transaction with you.

Types Of Personal Data We May Collect Or Come Into Possession Of. Personal data means and includes information that identifies you as an individual, or that relates to an identifiable individual. Your IP Address. In administering and operating our websites, we may collect IP addresses. An IP address is a form of personal data, and is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer or device that you are using to access our websites by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).  An IP address is identified and logged automatically in server log files when a user accesses the websites, which may include the time of the visit, the pages that were visited and the approximate geographic location of the device. IP addresses are used to calculate usage levels, diagnose server problems and administer websites.

Uses Of Personal Data That We May Collect Or Come Into Possession Of.   We collect and use personal data, from you and from third parties, for our legitimate business interests and purposes, which include providing services and products that you request from us, completing business transactions that we engage in with you and as may be required by law or regulation applicable to us or the transactions that we engage in. We may also use the personal data we collect to communicate with you, to manage our contractual, business and customer relationships with you and/or because we have a legitimate interest to do so. We share your personal data between and among the Company and its affiliates, and with third parties, as may be necessary in connection with the business transactions we engage in with you. Corporate Reorganization. We may disclose or transfer your personal data to a third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of the Company’s or its affiliates’ business, assets or stock (including any bankruptcy or similar proceedings).

Limitations. This Privacy Statement does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, data or other practices of any entities outside of the Company or its affiliates. This includes any third parties to whom you may have provided personal information in connection with any business transaction with us that you contemplate entering into. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, any third party’s collection, use and disclosure of your personal data.

Storage; Destruction; Security. We may be required by our business practices, law or regulation to store and maintain your personal data for a certain period of time after you provide it to us. We seek to use reasonable organizational, technical, physical and administrative security measures in connection with the storage of your personal data.   Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Updates To This Privacy Statement. This Privacy Statement may be updated from time to time. The date in the “Introduction” section, above, indicates when this Privacy Statement was last revised. Any changes will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Statement on the websites.
